• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension
• Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
• Analyze information required for the development or update of IT policies procedures and form documentation
• Review and or copyedit content developed by other members of the team
• Prepare instruction manuals job aids process and procedure documents related to Infrastructure and Patch Management
• Have technical accuracy in writing user documentation and create technical documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff
• Converts complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences create process manuals and job aids with screenshots and tutorials
• Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner
