Job Description:

  1. Responsible for implementing executional tactics for on-page and off-page optimization.
  2. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
  3. Deliver SEO analytical reports on a timely basis.
  4. Provide data and statistical insights on traffic and SEO-related areas.
  5. Analyze organic data to devise ongoing strategies and provide recommendations on SEO deliverables.
  6. Expand client organic presence by analyzing content gaps against competitors to devise content next steps.
  7. Work alongside SEO team members in SEO campaign management.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  2. Field of Study: Any discipline; Information Systems, Marketing, New Media, PR Communication, Programming, and Statistics background is an advantage.
  3. Candidates with around 2 years’ experience in the relevant field will be considered for the Senior SEO Specialist role.
  4. Working-level knowledge in SEO including on-page and off-page key ranking factors.
  5. Data-driven thinking and analytical skills.
  6. Experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Baidu Tongji, Moz, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, among others, is an advantage.
  7. Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookup; knowledge in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio is an advantage.
  8. Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  9. Passionate, proactive, and entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to problem solve.
  10. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  11. Knowledge in PHP, .net, ReactJS, AngularJS is a strong advantage.
  12. Knowledge in SQL, Big Query, and/or Python is a strong advantage.
