Job Description:

1. Enact role of key contact point for clients in digital marketing campaign and SEO management.
2. Responsible to strategize and formulate digital marketing campaigns that deliver results that meet client KPIs.
3. Collaborate with team members and clients to execute various PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Social and Video platforms, and SEO tactics for on page and off page optimization.
4. Deliver effective presentations to secure new accounts and retain current accounts.
5. Maintain close customer relationships through effective communication and client servicing.
6. Analyze campaign data to devise ongoing strategies and provide recommendations.

Skills & Requirements:

1. University Graduate preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or other related discipline.
2. 3-4 years agency experience in digital marketing account management; Candidates with less experience can be considered for Assistant Account Manager role.
3. Working knowledge in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display Networks, Facebook/Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics and other relevant platforms is a MUST.
4. Foundational SEO knowledge is a MUST; Working knowledge and experience in SEO is a strong advantage.
5. Strong presentation and communication skills with lead experience in pitching and ongoing client facing.
6. Data-driven thinking and analytical skills.
7. Passionate, proactive and entrepreneurial thinker with ability to problem solve.
8. Able to work independently and under pressure.
9. Native written and spoken Cantonese is a MUST.
10. Good command of written and spoken English; Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other languages is an advantage.
