As Growth Marketeer, you'd be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive rapid and sustainable growth for a company. This involves identifying and understanding target audiences, experimenting with various marketing channels and tactics, and analyzing data to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Experimentation is crucial in this role as it allows you to test different approaches, learn what resonates best with your audience, and refine your strategies accordingly. By continuously iterating and improving your methods, you discover the most effective ways to reach and engage target customers, ultimately driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
ICP Development & Optimization
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and customer success to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on customer data, market insights, and business objectives.
- Continuously validate and iterate ICPs with data-driven feedback loops.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates deeply with our ICP across various stages of the customer journey.
- Ensure consistent alignment between marketing campaigns, sales outreach, and product messaging.
Demand Generation
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, and outbound) that target ICPs and drive qualified leads.
- Experiment with creative campaign ideas to amplify reach and engagement while optimizing for CAC.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Partner with sales to implement ABM strategies that focus on high-value ICP accounts, leveraging personalized content and targeted campaigns.
- Track ABM performance, refine tactics, and scale successful strategies.
- Oversee the creation of ICP-specific content assets such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and nurture sequences to guide prospects through the funnel.
- Develop thought leadership pieces to position the company as an authority within the ICP's industry.
Data & Analytics
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth marketing efforts, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lead conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Leverage marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track and optimize campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales to ensure alignment on ICP targeting, lead hand-off, and feedback on lead quality.
- Partner with product teams to surface ICP pain points and influence product roadmap decisions.
Full-time availability - 40 hours a week
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-6 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or related roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS company or early-stage startup.
- ICP Expertise: Demonstrated experience in defining and executing marketing strategies around Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data, draw actionable insights, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Creative Mindset: Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with a niche audience.
- Collaboration: Experience partnering with sales and product teams to create alignment and drive customer-centric growth.
- Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive and adaptable approach to solving challenges.
