Title Sr. Director, Marketing
Reports To Chief Marketing Officer
The Job
The Sr. Director of Marketing will lead our marketing initiatives as we expand our footprint in the high-performance computing (HPC) space. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of technology, shaping strategies that amplify our brand, engage key decision-makers, and drive business growth. As Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that align with Core Scientific's vision for business expansion and market leadership.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that deliver qualified leads and measurable ROI, aligning all campaigns with sales objectives and corporate goals. Lead Generation: Oversee end-to-end lead acquisition efforts, including creative content development, outbound campaigns, and innovative partnerships to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts, tracking results at every stage of the funnel using Salesforce. Top-Tier Account Penetration: Design and execute multi-functional campaigns targeting Fortune 1000 companies, ensuring deep engagement with key prospects. Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment for all initiatives. Voice of the Customer: Promote customer testimonials and engagement initiatives to reinforce Core Scientific's reputation and value proposition. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns. Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team, with co-workers/ teammates, and leaders across the organization. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) 10 years of progressive experience in digital and integrated marketing Mastery of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and advanced digital marketing platforms Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills Expertise in Search Engine Marketing and online marketing strategies Proven project management abilities with a track record of delivering on time and within budget

Onsite in Austin, TX, or Miami, FL
Travel
Occasional travel is required as needed.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, and smartphones.
Physical Demands

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, onsite position. General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. some nights and weekends may be required.
