Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join USANA’s marketing department as a Marketing Manager for our skincare line. In this position, you will lead the development and execution of all aspects of our skincare marketing strategy. This key role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing market share, and achieving ambitious business objectives. What You Will Do as USANA’s Marketing Manager-Skincare

Understand and create marketing plans, promotional campaigns, compelling product stories, and support for USANA’s skincare products that drive engagement and authenticity. Analyze market trends, customer insights, category trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities in the direct-sales space to identify opportunities and risks. Support our global marketing teams with their GTM strategies for new product launches, events, promotions, and other content for traditional channels in relation to our skincare products. Partner with Product Owner (matrix team lead) on the overall strategy for skincare by providing guidance and marketing insights, helping them make informed decisions. Work closely with Portfolio team members to understand wins and losses. Work closely with regional sales teams to create powerful visuals and materials to drive engagement. Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between the home office and local marketing teams, providing updates on product marketing efforts and initiatives, sharing insight, and soliciting feedback to optimize strategies. Understand the nuances of the beauty and skincare industry and navigate a digital and direct-sale landscape. Articulate USANA's brand message, product offerings, key features, benefits, and the business opportunity with fluency and confidence at our annual convention. Background and Skills You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required. 3+ years of experience in marketing skincare, beauty, or cosmetics. Direct Sales Experience desired. Graphic design knowledge. Proven success in developing marketing tools and educational assets. The ability to work well in diverse teams to accomplish common goals. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. Position is hybrid/in office located in Salt Lake City.
