What a Typical Day Could Look Like As the Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of creating bold, impactful marketing strategies for a growing portfolio of properties. You’ll design innovative campaigns, elevate brand presence, and forge strong connections with residents. By collaborating with property teams, corporate marketing, and top-tier vendors, you’ll drive leasing success, boost occupancy, and make a lasting impact on a portfolio spanning 30,000+ units. Your Role
You are the Strategist!
Design and manage dynamic marketing strategies tailored to a portfolio of properties across your region, aligning with corporate objectives and market-specific needs. Work closely with on-site teams, property operations, and ownership to develop strategic marketing plans and achieve occupancy goals with measurable results.
You are the Brand Ambassador!
Be creative! Bring the community brand to life by ensuring it’s consistently and effectively represented across all marketing channels, building a powerful and cohesive presence. Drive impactful digital marketing strategies—mastering SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and website performance to increase online visibility and lead generation.

Leverage market research and analytics to stay ahead of trends, refine strategies, and uncover new growth opportunities that keep the brand at the forefront. Lead exciting regional events, from engaging residents to connecting with the community, driving leasing success and building lasting brand relationships.

Empower leasing and property management teams with expert training and support, ensuring flawless execution of marketing initiatives that drive success. Team up with top-tier vendors to deliver exceptional creative assets on time and within budget, making sure the brand consistently shines and stands out. Collaborate with on-site teams to create and execute property-level marketing plans tailored to each community’s unique characteristics and target demographics.

Oversee the regional marketing budget with precision, ensuring every campaign delivers maximum impact while staying cost-efficient. Monitor and analyze marketing performance through KPIs and ROI metrics, turning insights into strategies that drive success.

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required. Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in multifamily real estate required. Proven track record in managing large-scale, regional marketing campaigns for multifamily portfolios (preferably over 10,000 units). Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools). Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, etc.) and lead management systems. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and website management. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A creative thinker who stays ahead of industry trends and continuously looks for innovative ways to market properties and engage residents.
