What a Typical Day Could Look Like

Ready to launch your marketing career? As an entry-level Marketing Assistant at Kairoi, you’ll work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager to support the implementation of cutting-edge marketing systems for both new and established communities. This role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience while providing vital support through our help desk, assisting onsite teams with a variety of tasks. Whether you're transitioning from an onsite leasing role or eager to dive into project management within marketing, you’ll have the chance to learn from industry experts and contribute to Kairoi’s commitment to marketing innovation and excellence!

  • You are the Master Organizer!
    • Take charge of launching innovative marketing systems, orchestrating every detail to ensure flawless execution and a seamless on-time rollout!
    • Get creative! You’ll partner with the operations team to develop captivating content and refine each asset, ensuring a strong foundation for impactful marketing results!
  • You are the Ultimate Problem Solver!
    • Be the champion of our marketing help desk, tackling tickets for promotional orders, scheduling photography/videography, and website updates with efficiency and a can-do attitude.
    • You’ll work closely with third-party vendors to ensure everything arrives on time and exceeds expectations, keeping projects on track and running smoothly!
    • At the same time, you’ll dive into auditing community websites, social media, and ILS platforms to elevate performance and drive exceptional results!
  • You are the Project Collaborator!
    • Collaborate on exciting brand projects, coordinating efforts to ensure every initiative aligns with our vision and makes an impact.
    • You’ll get to influence creative outcomes! Work closely with regional leadership, agencies, and creatives, providing valuable feedback on deliverables to bring bold ideas to life and elevate our brand.

Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

  • Relevant degree and/or experience in marketing, data analysis, and/or the multifamily industry, with proficiency in related software programs.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics B2C in order to support all functions of the marketing department.
  • Experience using Google Workspace, project management tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong planning and process management ability.
  • Effective at managing multiple projects with positive outcomes.
  • A good sense of humor, naturally curious, and driven to excel!
