Responsibilities:
- Prepare improvement plans, exhibits and drawings Civil 3D.
- Prepare plan and profile views of improvement plans, such as roads, storm sewers, water, and other underground improvements using Civil 3D pipe networks.
- Create 3D grading models and surfaces using Civil 3D grading tools and Civil 3D corridors.
- Prepare preliminary and final grading plans and estimate cut-fill calculations
- Create and modify Civil 3D styles, templates and other resource files
- Attention to detail, quality oriented, able to take constructive suggestions/direction
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of an Associates degree and a minimum of 5+ years site/civil production experience
- Proficiency in ACAD Civil 3D design
- Ability to work within a team structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in bluebeam, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, follow-up and time management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with great attention to detail-proactive and deadline oriented
