This role involves coordinating sales processes, providing exceptional customer support, and assisting with impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination: Serve as the backbone of the sales process by facilitating communication with customers, scheduling sales representatives for field visits, and ensuring smooth workflows between the team and our customers. Customer Support: Provide prompt assistance to customers, answer product questions, and deliver accurate quotes and service-related requests. Marketing Support: Assist marketing with online campaign development, budget management, and monitor campaign performance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or marketing. (preferred). Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
