Vice President of Marketing Weave Talent Partners is teamed up with an aggressively growing AI SaaS startup that focuses on delivering a high-powered AI Platform ad management platform for brands, sellers, and agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and objectives. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales. Collaborate with the executive team to set annual marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs. Champion the companys brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Refine brand messaging and positioning to differentiate the company in the market. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration. Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development within the marketing department. Establish clear roles and accountability across the team. Lead integrated digital marketing strategies, including content, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance online presence. Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments. Optimize lead generation and conversion rates based on data insights. Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. Design marketing programs to drive cross-sell, up-sell, and referral opportunities. Work closely with Sales, Product, and other departments to align marketing with broader business operations. Partner with Product teams to translate features into compelling marketing messages. Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation. Monitor expenditures and align them with performance goals. Build relationships with external partners and influencers to amplify marketing efforts. Represent the company at industry events and public forums to strengthen brand presence. Key Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including roles at the Director or VP level. Proven ability to manage and grow large marketing teams. Expertise in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in developing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Experience in retail marketing, including platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and others.
