We seek a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team that loves technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a deep understanding of the design process. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and renovating interior spaces, and will have a strong ability to work with clients to understand their needs and preferences. The Interior Designer will also be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, and will have experience with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.

Responsibilities

- Design and renovate interior spaces to meet the needs and preferences of clients

- Work with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences

- Create and present design concepts and proposals to clients

- Manage projects from concept to completion, including budgeting and timelines

- Collaborate with other designers and architects to ensure a cohesive design vision

- Source and specify materials and products, including lighting sales

- Use CAD software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup, to create detailed designs and plans - Ensure that all designs and renovations meet relevant building codes and regulations

- Conduct site visits to inspect the progress of projects and identify any issues

- Renovate existing spaces to meet new design requirements

- Provide design solutions that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing

- Meet with clients to discuss the progress of projects and address any concerns or issues

- Keep detailed records of all projects, including design concepts, materials, and timelines

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

- Participate in design reviews and critiques to ensure that designs are meeting client expectations

Requirements

- Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices

- Proficiency in CAD software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup

- Experience with lighting sales and design

- Ability to create detailed designs and plans - Strong communication and project management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and architects

- Experience with renovating existing spaces

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
