We are seeking a motivated and energetic Social Media Content Producer and Photography Manager who will be responsible for capturing and producing content to support the company's marketing and social media strategy specifically for cosmetic plastic surgery. This position is responsible for creating new, strategically focused digital content designed to drive audience growth, grow brand awareness, promote our artistry, and support our plastic surgeons by presenting information in an appealing, informative, and engaging manner. This person will be active in our platforms daily looking for opportunities to engage with our clients and grow our audience. An ideal candidate is organized, loves to learn, enjoys a team environment, and has a willingness to experiment and grow This person will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our before and after gallery. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Plan and design engaging social media and marketing content across all platforms, occasionally in real-time. Youll create image posts and videos, including treatment videos in the surgical practice and medical spa in collaboration with our doctors, aesthetic injectors, estheticians, and patient-facing team members Youll coordinate between the practice and outside marketing consultants/vendors to develop strategy, content mix, and marketing calendar Manage the patient before and after photos, patient consents, ensuring the image quality is high, proper consents are signed, and records kept in good order. This includes uploading the images to our web gallery and other places as needed. Build meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action while monitoring and responding to DMs as well as social conversation Stay up to date with digital media developments Assist with promotional events and marketing campaigns to facilitate their success Requirements: Excellent analytical and project management skills Full understanding of all social media platforms and experience posting to a business social media account An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines Graphic design for social media, i.e. Canva Knowledge of Photoshop and/or other picture editing software Confident in producing and managing content across multiple platforms 1-2 years of similar experience in aesthetic/plastic surgery, medical spa, wellness, or beauty strongly preferred Must work well both independently and with a small team Open and curious. A willingness to jump in, learn, get the job done. Seeks feedback, takes & offers direction constructively Excellent command of the English language and grammar/spelling. Meticulous attention to detail and aesthetic eye Bachelors Degree
