professional! This role will oversee technology platforms supporting data science teams, ensuring efficient execution of media and marketing strategies. This role blends strategic vision and technical expertise to enhance the competitive edge through collaboration across departments and with external partners. Key Responsibilities: Technology Management:
Oversee platforms such as clean rooms, media hubs, and digital reporting tools, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability. Collaboration & Strategy:
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate emerging technologies, maintain capabilities, and drive innovation. Digital Reporting Solutions:
Manage automated reporting for HCP and DTC media investments, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. Vendor Management:
Establish and monitor vendor relationships to optimize performance and address issues proactively. Data Operations:
Build and enhance data pipelines and automation to boost efficiency and data quality. Qualifications: Master’s + 8 years in data engineering or data science in the Pharmaceutical domain. 4+ years of people management or leadership experience. Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), ETL processes, and marketing technology stacks. Familiarity with compliance standards, data privacy, and pharmaceutical/healthcare industries. Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
