Lead Experience Strategy: Define and execute a compelling product experience vision and strategy for Yahoo Fantasy Sports that aligns with business goals and addresses user needs across web, mobile, and app platforms. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of talented product designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that empowers them to deliver their best work. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to create seamless, engaging user experiences while aligning on product roadmaps and priorities. User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure designs are backed by insights from user research, analytics, and testing. Product Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in fantasy sports and incorporating them into design strategies to keep Yahoo Fantasy Sports at the forefront of the industry. Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership, effectively communicating the impact on user engagement and business outcomes.
