The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to execute and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth across multiple channels. This position is perfect for someone who is a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer, capable of driving digital marketing efforts across SEO, performance marketing, content, email, and SMS to achieve business growth goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc. to drive user acquisition, revenue, and brand awareness.Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and performance monitoring across paid channels to ensure efficient ad spend and achievement of performance targets. Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize ad copy, creative elements, targeting, and landing page performance to increase conversions and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Analyze campaign data (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights to improve performance and identify scaling opportunities. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth. Conduct SEO audits and implement technical fixes to enhance website performance, ensuring it aligns with search engine best practices. Work with content and technical teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and website structure that maximizes visibility and engagement. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, and adjust strategies to continuously improve rankings.Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and marketing copy aligned with business objectives and audience needs.Tailor content for different audience segments, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all marketing channels. Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including the creation of email templates, segmentation strategies, and automation flows to improve engagement and conversion rates.Develop and execute SMS marketing strategies that align with overall digital marketing efforts, targeting key audience segments to drive engagement and sales. Create and manage newsletters for sales campaigns, product launches, and community announcements, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience engagement. Implement personalization and A/B testing in email and SMS campaigns to enhance user experience and increase open and click-through rates. Monitor performance metrics, such as deliverability, open rates, and conversions, and refine strategies based on data insights. Ensure alignment of SEO, paid media, email, and SMS strategies to deliver cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and technical) to execute marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives. Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseUp-to-date knowledge or Digital Marketing campaign background in PC Component, PC Gaming, and/or Gaming Peripheral industry a major plus.3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO performance marketing, content creation, and email/SMS marketing. Proficiency in managing paid digital campaigns, including knowledge of campaign staging, creative coordination, pacing, and optimization. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling, audience-specific copy for various digital channels. Experience in managing and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Experience in newsletter creation and management for key marketing initiatives such as product launches, sales campaigns, and community announcements. Experience with analytics reporting, including performance tracking and presenting insights for data-driven decision-making. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams. Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and platform updates, proactively identifying opportunities for scaling and optimizing marketing efforts. If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
