As a member of the HQ marketing team, this role is responsible for supporting strategic and operational activities of the Ophthalmology Marketing Team. The person in this role will serve as a key integration lead across the marketing team. We are looking for a brand champion who is channel agnostic, proactively identifying efficiencies and synergies to drive our business. You will support and report to the Executive Director Marketing (ED), focusing on leading marketing strategy, driving performance for the brands, and enabling collaboration across Regeneron functions.

A Typical Day Might Look Like the Following: Work with ED to build out annual brand plan and evaluate execution including: development of strategy and tactical presentations to management, identification of synergies across channels/team. Lead consolidation of marketing team budget, keep the marketing calendar up to date, gather inputs across the marketing team, and present at monthly team meetings to keep the team updated across indications/core team. Manage marketing team meetings agenda and logistics: monthly full marketing team meetings, marketing leadership team meetings, team building with direction on behalf of Exec Dir Marketing (ED). Work across the marketing team to create field memos based on business needs. Support development of town hall decks for marketing ED. Build marketing developmental focus areas with ED, set up development planning processes for the marketing team. Help ED fortify implementation of a high-performing team into our DNA. Work with the overall brand team to develop brand Key Performance Indicators, measure and report, and review monthly with the full marketing team for reporting upwards. Support improved analytics reporting process working closely with the analytics team. Support and lead special projects related to a variety of marketing initiatives. This Position Might be for You if: Support and build cross-functional relationships with key functional partners across the organization. Manage RC operations as RC Captain. Maintain the highest ethical and compliance standards, personally and throughout the marketing team. Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information. Ability to communicate and act promptly, demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments. Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable working in ambiguity, with a growth mindset. Strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications. Working knowledge of how BioPharma commercial organizations are structured and planning cycles. Bachelor's degree required with preference for a science background. 5+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience. Ability and willingness to travel as required 30-50%, some on weekends for conferences and meetings.
