3+ years in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role focused on operational process design and optimization Experience with Growth tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRMs Proven track record of improving sales development processes through automation and data management Familiarity with data visualization tools and basic knowledge of SQL is beneficial Advanced proficiency in marketing and sales enablement platforms
