Corporate Communications Director

Accountabilities Advance the Catalyst ecosystem comprehensive corporate communications framework to align with the company's purpose, vision, and rapid growth trajectory. Elevate and diversify our internal communications channel strategy to enable effective communication and business understanding for our diverse and growing workforce including frontline primary care clinicians, remote support functions and hybrid shared services team members . Lead cross-functional shared service experts (Legal, IT, HR and others) in corporate communications cascading strategy and storytelling for clear, concise and unified stakeholder communications. Drive content creation and editorial calendar for corporate communications channels including newsletters, intranet, videos, town halls, Linked In and other platforms to ensure consistent and engaging messaging. Measure and report on the effectiveness of corporate communications programs, engagement and culture on employee promotion and retention. Role and Responsibilities:

Advance our corporate communications message and channel strategy. Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance messaging and communications channel cascade. Prepare communications toolkit for key events, including town halls, leadership meetings, and company-wide communications. Develop compelling speeches, presentations, and talking points that inspire and motivate stakeholders. Partner with HR to harmonize communications and employee engagement activations. Conduct and report on eNPS surveys to measure impact of employee communications and engagement. Support SVP in change management and crisis communications strategies and activations. Support SVP in local and healthcare thought leadership and executive presence for Catalyst Health Group. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in corporate communications. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, advertising, or marketing 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, with demonstrated expertise in internal communications strategies to impact employee engagement. Proven ability to develop and manage employee communications programs. Experience counseling senior executives on communication strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages for diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Preferred Experience:

Master's degree in marketing, communications or PR. Healthcare or primary care industry experience for companies with frontline, remote and corporate employees. Proficient in content management systems, email marketing systems and eNPS surveys and report outs. Experience leading through ambiguity in a matrixed, high-growth company.
