We seek a passionate Marketing Manager to lead our integrated marketing efforts. You will design and execute cutting-edge campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales across multiple channels. As a key member of our team, you will own the full marketing lifecycle from strategy to implementation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop annual marketing plans and campaigns to support business goals
2. Oversee the marketing budget and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all initiatives
3. Manage relationships with agency partners and oversee the production of all creative assets
4. Optimize digital marketing strategies, including paid search, social media, email, and web
5. Track and report performance metrics such as leads, website traffic, and ROI to gauge success
6. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and industry best practices
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate marketing with sales, product, and customer success teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
2. 5+ years of progressive marketing experience at a technology company
3. Proven track record of executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase revenue
4. Expertise in digital marketing tools like analytics, CRM, social media, and paid advertising platforms
5. Solid organizational, budget management, and project management skills
6. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
7. Ability to manage vendors, agencies, and collaborative projects
8. Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize strategies
9. Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US without a work permit
