Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all marketing activities at Pacific Yurts. This role plays a key part in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels with an emphasis on paid strategies on SEM and social media (Instagram and Facebook) in addition to email marketing, content creation, and event support. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator acts as the administrator for the company’s CRM and other marketing platforms. While this is a hybrid role, being on-site regularly is an essential part of the position to build relationships, interact with the team, and fully immerse in the company culture and brand. The role also focuses on achieving mutually agreed marketing KPIs, ensuring proper lead flow into top-of-the-funnel activities to support the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and support sales goals.
- Campaign Management: Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, ensuring alignment with overall revenue strategy.
- CRM & Platform Administration: Act as the administrator for the company’s CRM and other marketing platforms, ensuring they are maintained, updated, and optimized for performance.
- Content Alignment: Work closely with writers and content managers to align the content creation roadmap with the company’s revenue strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Event Planning & Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and promotional activities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging, keeping the company ahead of industry trends.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
- IT Collaboration: Work closely with IT resources to ensure the company website, yurt builder, and other tools are operational 100% of the time and are regularly updated to reflect the latest developments.
- KPI Achievement: Take ownership of achieving mutually agreed marketing KPIs, ensuring that the company has proper lead flow into top-of-the-funnel activities to support sales and growth objectives.
- Team Engagement: Regularly engage with the team in the office to build relationships, foster collaboration, and immerse in the company’s brand and culture.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrated understanding of CRM tools and data-driven marketing.
- Experience as a CRM administrator or in platform management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms.
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a commitment to living the brand.
- Solid understanding of the company’s growth framework model.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
