The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience to bring THE CRASH TEAM brand to the next level. Alongside having a POSITIVE attitude, we are looking for someone who embodies our core values of compassion, accountability, proactive problem-solving, efficiency, and hospitality in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Play a key role in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies;
2. Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, SEO, social media, mailing lists, and analytics to keep content current;
3. Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social media platforms and advise on improvements;
4. Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audiences;
5. Coordinate to record and edit videos for social media.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors;
2. Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations;
3. Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape;
4. Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills;
5. 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field;

Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
