We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various aspects of digital marketing, including online advertising, social media, Google AdWords, and SEO strategies. This role requires a self-starter and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stay knowledgeable of industry trends, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Online Advertising:

  1. Develop, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve campaign goals.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in online advertising.
  4. Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Social Media Management:

  1. Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  2. Plan and schedule social media content, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  3. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and analyze performance metrics.

Google AdWords:

  1. Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI.
  2. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  3. Stay informed about Google AdWords updates and implement new features to enhance campaign effectiveness.

SEO Ownership:

  1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  2. Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
  3. Regularly audit and report on website performance, implementing changes to enhance SEO effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years SaaS experience in digital marketing with a focus on online advertising, social media, Google AdWords, and SEO.
  3. Proven track record of successful campaign management and achievement of KPIs.
  4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot Marketing, is a plus.
  7. Experience with PropTech strongly preferred.
