About the Team
The Marketing Team’s primary responsibilities are to communicate the value of the Subsplash platform to the world—managing all outward-facing communications, leading demand generation efforts, creating go-to-market product strategies, facilitating brand management/identity, and more. We create beautiful and effective email campaigns, social media strategies, website content, product identities, videos, and more.
About the Role
As the Marketing Copywriter, you will report to the Content Marketing Manager. You are a creative and talented wordsmith with a passion for crafting compelling and impactful content that resonates with our audience across various platforms—including blogs, email marketing, social media posts, and partnership materials.
Your Priorities
- Develop, write, and update high-quality content for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals.
- Interpret creative briefs to deliver fully developed content pieces.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Edit your own and your colleagues’ content for clarity and consistency.
- Adhere to the company’s editorial guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze content performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of copywriting experience, B2B SaaS company preferred.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Willing to share a portfolio of past work.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation
The total compensation for this role (base salary + bonuses) will be between $60,000-65,000/yr depending upon experience.
Location
This role is only available as a 100% remote position if you reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, KY, MO, MI, MN, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY.
