SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and execute assigned gaming related marketing promotions (drawings, giveaways, on-site promotional events, etc).
• Facilitate and Emcee live promotions on property via the microphone system to live audiences on the gaming floor.
• Build promotions in the Trilogy platform.
• Coordinate with outside vendors on promotion needs for executing on-site promotional events.
• Work with cross-functional departments within the property on promotional support.
• Place orders for all necessary promotional merchandise and materials.
• Submit invoices for payment, track and report status to ensure timely payment for vendors.
• Proof read promotional materials that go to public view.
• Explain Players Club benefits, property amenities and marketing programs to guests.
• Develop and build relationships with guests through excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service.
• Execute all special event BEO’s and coordinate with all departments on execution.
• Create all Monthly Promo rules & summaries.
• Creation of monthly promotional calendar.
• Monthly promotional outline and distributions that include breakdown of all promotional operation information & logo design/direction.
• Work with team on logo design/direction.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar OR two years of experience in the field preferred.
• Preferred experience in creating and coordinating special events and/or promotions.
• Skilled with audio/video equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Player Tracking / Marketing systems.
• Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
