- Design, develop, and maintain web-based training modules, toolkits, and other digital resources for USAID's PSE program.
- Update and enhance the PSE Repository, ensuring resources are accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with USAID policies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to create interactive, user-friendly e-learning tools and resources.
- Develop and maintain online case studies, white papers, and multimedia learning materials, including infographics, videos, and animations.
- Ensure all web content complies with USAID branding and accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing website performance and functionality.
- Stay abreast of web development trends and integrate innovative features to enhance user engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in web development, preferably with a focus on e-learning or training platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant content management systems.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and multimedia production.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with USAID programs, branding guidelines, or government contracts is a plus.
- Experience developing interactive learning tools (e.g., gamified learning modules, simulations).
- Knowledge of SCORM or other e-learning standards.
- Familiarity with USAID's Collaborate, Learn, & Adapt (CLA) approach or similar frameworks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Primarily remote
- Occasional travel may be necessary to USAID headquarters in Washington, D.C.
