Global Digital Marketing and Website Manager

looking for someone who has migrated and consolidated multiple websites on AEM. Job Overview: Insight Global is embarking on a global initiative to transform our website experiences. This role will be responsible for driving and managing the re-platforming of our client's websites built on various content management systems to the Adobe Experience Manager platform. Delivering a consistent and world class online experience is a key outcome. Primary responsibilities include developing the strategy and executing the roadmap to re-build websites supporting customers in all regions. You will be working in close collaboration with the digital marketing teams in a dozen regions, IT teams and vendors to develop and execute website migrations. A foundational knowledge of business objectives, our digital channels and Adobe AEM capabilities will be critical for facilitating the website re-build process and delivering a consistent online experience for customers in all markets. Must Haves: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of website management experience in a B2B and B2C marketing department preferably in a corporate environment Minimum of 2 years with hands on experience using content management systems and digital asset management systems Experience implementing on-site personalization based on a users profile settings Experience implementing A/B testing Experience with website analytics and reporting Experience with building lead generation processes, from lead capture all the way to qualification and opportunity management Experience working with international marketing teams Familiar with UX best practices, landing page creation, responsive design and mobile first layouts Familiar with usability testing practices and methodologies Familiar with HTML/CSS
