We are in search of a UX Product Design Lead to join our team in Newark, California. This role is within the healthcare industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a UX Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for providing dedicated design, testing, and implementation expertise to various domains. You will lead, execute, and manage design projects, creating the best personalized experience possible for patients, their caregivers, and families.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, execute, and manage the patient/caregiver experience design process for assigned projects, engaging users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues throughout the full project design lifecycle, from research to prototyping to implementation to full operational integration.
• Identify and drive internal integration needs with multiple disciplines, from design development through implementation, to deliver a consistent and exceptional experience.
• Facilitate and manage cross-functional teams to help reduce the experience of organizational complexity.
• Design, conduct, and manage user research, completing literature reviews, direct observations, and inquiry to inform design and implementation requirements.
• Create, test, and evaluate digital and non-digital design prototypes of increasing fidelity with end users.
• Build alignment for and communicate design decisions based on research, evidence, and best practices, through personas, journey maps, narrative, storytelling, and presentations.
• Establish and apply methods for measuring experience, ensuring that baselines, ongoing evaluation, and adjustments are included as part of the overall design and implementation plan.
• Engage leadership and senior stakeholders in strategic experience design goals and development process.
• Manage and execute project tasks and documentation, understanding relationships to strategic initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Product Design Lead.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira is required.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is a necessity.
• Experience with CRM is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
• Prior experience with IBM tools is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using About Time software is an advantage.
• Must have experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of budget processes is important.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
