We win things like Shortys and Addys, but we're most proud of being named AdAge Best Small Agency three times. We have offices in Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Miami, NYC and Phoenix. CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Chemistry is looking for a Creative Director to mentor a really strong team of creatives, make things that spark social conversation, and help us find new ways to make brands unforgettable through social on our path to being one of the best creative agencies in the country.
This is a great fit for you if you live and breathe social and love to find a way to make everything engaging and entertaining. Do you love to make jokes about the everyday? Is making the mundane magic something that makes you happy? Does the thought of making culturally relevant QSR content sound like a good time? Are you just as comfortable thinking in content series, one-off responses, full campaigns, and social moments that earn impressions? Great! Then we think you're gonna love this.
The ideal CD can whip together a full presentation on their own, but also knows how to teach and help more junior creatives bring their own work to life at the same time. You'll create an environment of creative experimentation, collaboration and excellence-i-fication. You can take criticism and give it - both in productive ways. Oh, and when you see a problem, you call it out and bring solutions.
Awards are nice. A book full of killer solutions is even better. Bonus points if you've taught, mentored, and developed other talent along the way.
This is an opportunity to make a name in social for a national brand, and help shape what great social looks like in the future. You'll be a day-to-day creative leader on a national QSR brand while also helping with the agency's social accounts. We believe everything is an experiment, so come ready to try what's worked at your other jobs and try some new things, too.
Qualifications
Experience working in a creative-driven advertising agency. QSR brand experience and social creative experience are going to help a ton. Strong presentation skills 8-10+ years of experience of agency creative experience Experience with creating integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media channels Know how to act like a grown-up with clients and internal team Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills Ambitious personality with a burning desire to help build a globally recognized creative agency Ability to work under pressure and deadlines A proven track record of helping craft powerful work with leading global brands
