Job Description
A large retail employer in Katy, Tx. Is looking for a UX Designer to join their team! On a day to day basis, you would be responsible for developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma that prioritize usability and conversion optimization as well as conducting usability testing in UserZoom to validate designs for cart and checkout experiences. In another function of this role, you would be utilizing Quantum, Adobe Analytics, and other data analytics tools to explore emerging trends and innovations in e-commerce UX, track and analyze user behavior within the cart and checkout funnels, and apply data-driven insights to iterate on and improve the effectiveness of designs. This person must be local to Katy and comfortable reporting onsite 5 days/week. The pay range for this role is dependent upon experience and would be between $40-50/hr.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of professional UX design experience in a technical, transactional, or strategic role.
1-2 years of experience utilizing Figma in the development of wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Prior hands-on experience conducting usability testing within UserZoom.
Previous experience using Quantum, Adobe Analytics, and other data analytics tools to explore emerging trends and interpret data into design improvements and innovations (ideally within e-commerce UX).
Strong collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to present designs and research findings to high level stakeholders effectively. - Prior e-commerce experience, focused on cart, checkout, and payment workflows.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js) null
