Responsibilities

1. Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls.
2. Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and set appointments.
3. Follow sample script.
4. In-store appointment setting.
5. Reliable transportation.
6. Day and evening shifts. 4-hour shifts.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma/GED.
2. Driver's License.
3. Previous experience as a Call Center Representative is helpful but not necessary.
4. Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
