The Opportunity

We invite applications for the role of Account Executive within our US team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in executing PR campaigns and delivering measurable results for our clients. Working closely with clients and media contacts, you will draft compelling communications and conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes. You will have the chance to build relationships with press contacts and assist in new business pitches.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a key support team member for multiple client accounts.
• Execute and oversee a variety of client program activities including research and media monitoring.
• Draft client documents such as press releases, Q&As, and social media content while ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Liaise with company partners and organize logistics efficiently for client projects.
• Manage projects and events, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
• Contribute creatively to the development of client strategy documents.
• Identify communication trends and inform clients and team members about relevant changes.
• Leverage client data to drive compelling narrative stories focused on unique milestones.
• Adhere to media management processes, including monitoring coverage and industry trends.
• Enhance client relationships by aiding in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
• Mentor and coach junior staff on best practices and effective communication engagement.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in the technology industry preferred (consumer, enterprise, security, etc.).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must reside within commuting distance of our San Francisco office.
