We're looking for a Marketing Analyst who can drive both brand communication and performance marketing initiatives. This on-site role is based in one of our stunning SF Bay Area showrooms, where you'll be immersed in customer interactions and design insights that directly inform your campaigns. You'll work closely with marketing leadership to create, execute, and analyze cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness and measurable growth.

- Manage and grow Ronbow's social media presence with a focus on engagement and storytelling
- Create compelling content across formats - from ad copy and blog posts to print signage and showroom materials
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Conduct A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize conversions
- Collaborate with showroom teams to capture insights and align messaging with the in-person customer journey
- Contribute to SEO, blog, and organic content efforts to increase brand visibility
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in digital, performance, or brand marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and social media platforms
- Strong writing and content creation skills for both digital and physical touchpoints
- Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and report performance
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Experience with basic design tools like Canva
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
