Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, program management, or global operations in an extended workforce business or shared services environment.
  • 7 years of experience with one or more areas within Google Ads (e.g., Analytics, Policy, Search, etc.) or related Ad Platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to deliver for long, short, and medium-term priorities of the business.
  • Ability to operate effectively and collaborate across multiple disciplines and cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a track record of collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

About the Job:

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self-help and in-product support to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers' business and marketing needs. We also provide complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

Transforming Google Ads through human expertise and AI, the gTech Ads Content Operations and Testing team is Google's Center of Excellence for Ads in Content Operations, Quality Enforcement, Testing, and Human Evaluations. Through its expertise in scaled operations management, program management, and data-driven insights that span the entire product life-cycle, Ads Content Operations and Testing (ACOT) plays a pivotal role in bringing new ads products to market, ensuring the quality of users’ experiences with ads, and driving business growth for the ads business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Drive the planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Ads programs, including experiments, AI model development, and new product launches.
  • Develop services, processes, tools, and frameworks to speed up Ads product development cycles.
  • Manage the development of workflows, including guidelines, calibration, process definition, and quality review of evaluation datasets.
  • Translate product insights and business needs into a program and product operational strategy, collaborating with service delivery managers.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, improve operational quality and product performance through data analysis and process improvements, and influence stakeholders based on developed insights.
