Position Title: Graphic Designer - (25140113)

We’re on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Montana Lottery team. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team and our vendors to bring our brand to life through eye-catching visuals in digital and print media. If you’re an artistic problem solver with a passion for design, a creative digital storyteller with strong organizational skills, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

1. Design engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including ads, brochures, and web graphics.
2. Uphold and innovate our brand standards across all projects and platforms.
3. Collaborate with marketing staff and advertising vendors to develop fresh concepts for campaigns, advertising, and promotions.
4. Review and provide constructive feedback on materials designed by others, for quality and adherence to brand standards.
5. Prepare files for production, including print and web specifications, while communicating with vendors and printers.
6. Retain an organized approach while meeting deadlines of multiple projects.
7. Research, design, and ordering of branded promotional items.
8. Special projects like Annual Reports, marketing plans, and legislative documents.
9. Maintain our visual presence online with graphics for our website, social media, and more!
10. Design graphics for lottery terminals, such as exterior wraps and on-screen images.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field, plus 3 years of design experience (or a combination of education and experience).
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
3. Knowledge of digital design and print production best practices.
4. Strong communication skills to gather project details and collaborate effectively.
5. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and maintain files.
6. Creative problem-solving skills to turn ideas into impactful designs.
