Position Title: Graphic Designer - (25140113)
We’re on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Montana Lottery team. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team and our vendors to bring our brand to life through eye-catching visuals in digital and print media. If you’re an artistic problem solver with a passion for design, a creative digital storyteller with strong organizational skills, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including ads, brochures, and web graphics.
- Uphold and innovate our brand standards across all projects and platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing staff and advertising vendors to develop fresh concepts for campaigns, advertising, and promotions.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on materials designed by others, for quality and adherence to brand standards.
- Prepare files for production, including print and web specifications, while communicating with vendors and printers.
- Retain an organized approach while meeting deadlines of multiple projects.
- Research, design, and ordering of branded promotional items.
- Special projects like Annual Reports, marketing plans, and legislative documents.
- Maintain our visual presence online with graphics for our website, social media, and more!
- Design graphics for lottery terminals, such as exterior wraps and on-screen images.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field, plus 3 years of design experience (or a combination of education and experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of digital design and print production best practices.
- Strong communication skills to gather project details and collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and maintain files.
- Creative problem-solving skills to turn ideas into impactful designs.
