THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO MANAGER

As a Studio Manager (SM), you live your power by delivering the world-class CorePower Yoga experience. This includes leading the operations of a yoga studio, coaching and inspiring the CPY classroom experience, creating a premium sensory in-studio yoga experience, and training a team of world-class yoga instructors and mindful leaders.

Health and Safety Management in The Studio

1. Lead, execute and train all current CPY Smart Health Protocol and CDC guidelines in studio.
2. Take ownership of the functionality of your studio and act as a liaison between the Studio Support Center facilities and IT teams.
3. Work with your Studio Coordinator to maintain an appropriate level of studio supplies.

Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience

1. Inspire, train, and coach CPY Core Values in others.
2. Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week primarily in studio.
3. Teach a minimum of 6 aligned CPY5 classes per week.
4. Teach CorePower Live classes as directed.
5. Support training and facilitation of CPY programming and continuing education.

Leading the Studio Team

1. Own all processes related to the day-to-day operations of the studio.
2. Communicate all CorePower Yoga policies and protocols for all staff members.
3. Develop, recruit, hire and retain a Core Values driven studio team.
4. Train, develop, and provide routine feedback to your Studio Coordinator(s).
5. Oversee operations of the SET including recruitment and training.

Grow the Business

1. Take personal responsibility for revenue, profitability, and cultural growth of your studio.
2. Partner with your District Manager to set studio goals.
3. Provide solution-oriented feedback to enhance the student experience.
4. Own the retail business within your studio.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.
2. Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism.
3. Completion of a relevant 200-hour teacher training or Yoga Sculpt program.
4. Preferred certification in every format at CPY.
5. Minimum of 1 year in customer service-oriented role.
6. Minimum of 1 year in operations or retail leadership experience preferred.
7. College (BA/BS) preferred.
8. Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS and point of sale systems.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

THE FINE PRINT

1. 5-6 days a week/40+ hours a week.
2. Availability must match the needs of the business.
3. Must be able to move around the studio space and lift up to 25 lbs.

COMPENSATION

$64,000.00 annually
