THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO MANAGER

As a Studio Manager (SM), you will deliver the world-class CorePower Yoga experience by leading the operations of a yoga studio, coaching and inspiring the CPY classroom experience, creating a premium sensory in-studio yoga experience, and training a team of world-class yoga instructors and mindful leaders.

Health and Safety Management in The Studio

  1. Lead, execute and train all current CPY Smart Health Protocol and CDC guidelines in studio.
  2. Take ownership of the studio's functionality and act as a liaison between the Studio Support Center facilities and local contractors.
  3. Work with your Studio Coordinator to maintain an appropriate level of studio supplies.

Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience

  1. Inspire and train others in CPY Core Values.
  2. Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week in studio with flexibility.
  3. Teach a minimum of 6 aligned CPY5 classes per week.
  4. Teach CorePower Live classes as directed.

Leading the Studio Team

  1. Own all processes related to the day-to-day operations of the studio.
  2. Communicate all CorePower Yoga policies and initiatives to staff members.
  3. Develop, recruit, hire, and retain a Core Values driven studio team.
  4. Provide routine feedback to your Studio Coordinator(s).

Grow the Business

  1. Take responsibility for continued revenue and cultural growth of your studio.
  2. Train and inspire your team on membership retention and growth goals.
  3. Partner with your District Manager to set studio goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  1. Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.
  2. Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism are essential.
  3. Completion of a relevant 200-hour teacher training is required.
  4. Minimum of 1 year in customer service-oriented role required.
  5. Minimum of 1 year in operations or retail leadership experience preferred.

THE FINE PRINT

  1. 5-6 days a week/40+ hours a week.
