What You’ll Do: As a member of the Executive Communications team, you’ll help us bring to life our team’s goal to engage, inspire, and activate our various audiences. Everything moves quickly at a high-growth company, and we’re looking for someone to work across the many facets of our team. This includes playing a leading role in our editorial strategy. How You’ll Do It: Writing

– You’ll be the ‘first pen’ for assets such as briefing docs, townhall scripts, and thought leadership. You’re comfortable in ghostwriting and sharing stories about leadership lessons, strategy, and how ServiceNow makes the world work better for everyone (to name a few!). You’re also comfortable creating written assets/stories on behalf of multiple executives, seamlessly switching voices as needed.

Team editorial support

– You will help improve our team processes and editorial management. You’ll also partner with comms operations to measure success towards our team’s goals. This will include measuring engagement across all internal and external channels and connecting to business partner metrics that show where we’ve been and help us determine what’s next.

Trend tracking

– You’ll have a journalistic mindset, seeking out new trends, channels, and ways to communicate in partnership with the broader communications team.

If you’re hungry to build a career in executive communications, this is a great opportunity to develop world-class communications skills and practices with growth potential across the team and business. Who You’ll Work With: Our team works closely across all of Communications, and the office of the President and CFO. We’re laser-focused, yet flexible, and are always up for a new challenge. And most importantly, we’re fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. Who you are: You know how to create engaging communications assets – whether it’s for internal employees or C-suite audiences. You have good analytic and decision-making skills. Your strong communication skills help you influence others. You love trying new things and always come to the table with fun ideas. You love to write and are highly intellectually curious. Qualifications

Our minimum requirements for this role include: Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, organizational change, or related field.

5-7 years of communications experience, with an interest in building a career in corporate communications at a tech company.

Strong project manager (experience supporting communication campaigns a plus!).

Cross-functional, global project experience.

Ability to innovate and produce creative, yet measurable results.

Resourceful and motivated communicator who can independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment.

Excellent writer and verbal communicator—ability to write and tell great stories!

Creative, visual storyteller with an eye for detail and a great sense of humor.

Not sure if you meet every qualification? We still encourage you to apply! We value inclusivity, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds, including non-traditional paths. Unique experiences enrich our team, and the willingness to dream big makes you an exceptional candidate!
