We’re seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Denver, Colorado. What You’ll Do: As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our brand, splitting your time across three dynamic areas: Grassroots Growth:

Tap into your local network to build strong community ties through outreach, partnerships, and involvement in the hottest Denver events. Creative Campaigns:

Use your insider knowledge to promote our food and beverage offerings, from happy hours to signature events, making our venues the place to be. Event Excellence:

Plan, promote, and execute over 100 annual events, leveraging your connections to bring in the coolest crowds and keep us at the forefront of Denver’s social scene. Your Responsibilities: Innovative Event Planning:

Dream up and execute creative events that captivate Denver’s trendsetters for every major occasion—from New Year’s Eve to local food festivals. Community Connections:

Be the liaison between our brand and the community, forging partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and organizations. In-House Entertainment:

Curate a lineup of musicians, live bands, and performers that keeps our venues buzzing with energy. Marketing Mastery:

Collaborate with our graphics team to craft eye-catching materials that showcase our brand and events. Digital Savvy:

Create engaging social media content, manage online reviews, and stay ahead of the latest marketing trends. Strategic Insight:

Develop and implement innovative marketing plans, analyze the success of campaigns, and continuously refine your strategies. PR:

Field PR inquiries, representing the Brand when necessary for all media opportunities. Qualifications: Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a Marketing role (ideally in the hospitality industry). Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional, grassroots, and digital marketing. Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. Demonstrates understanding of the corporate process. Able to map out a comprehensive marketing plan and develop campaigns 90 days out with Directors approval. Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing. Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound. Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Maintains excellent writing and language skills. Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format. Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off. Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly. Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO/SEM including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of 'Search and Social.' Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
