One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for an Email Marketing Manager, that can lead CRM strategy to execution around a local Rhode Island grocery market, as a pilot program. Client is an American based company that empowers local economies by building intelligent, last-mile delivery for local businesses, helping them grow.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated marketing professional to drive growth in client’s grocery business within key "win" markets—markets where we are taking aggressive measures to achieve leadership.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven, innovative marketing programs that accelerate acquisition, activation, and loyalty for Grocery customers. You will play a pivotal role in managing marketing initiatives, optimizing campaign performance, and scaling successful strategies to amplify impact in our most strategic markets.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:
Lead the planning and execution of Grocery-focused marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, Media, and Operations. Tailor marketing strategies to address specific "win" market dynamics, ensuring local relevance and maximizing impact. Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including asset creation (especially email and push notifications), in-app promotions, and banner setup. Build, QA, and schedule emails in Braze, leveraging best practices in segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and create actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain campaign documentation, including overviews, calendars, and status reports for cross-functional alignment. Own budget tracking and reporting, ensuring spend aligns with goals and provides a positive return on investment. We’re excited about you because you have: 3+ years of experience strategy to execution email/CRM marketing, ideally within a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment, ideal company experience with Uber, Instacart or B2C tech. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Experience working collaboratively across teams to execute high-impact campaigns. A data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to inform decisions. Basic knowledge of tools like SQL and HTML, and experience with email marketing platforms such as Braze. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. A passion for growth marketing and a drive to test, learn, and iterate on strategies to maximize impact. Location:
