Chief Executive Officer (CEO) About Us: Heathy products company seeking a strategic and analytical VP of Marketing to lead our efforts in scaling the brand, managing the marketing department and driving growth. Position Overview: The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned marketing professional who can lead a team, oversee campaigns, and drive measurable growth across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a marketing strategy to achieve company goals, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand equity. Collaborate with executive leadership and CEO to align marketing initiatives with the overall business strategy. Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Oversee messaging, positioning, and storytelling to communicate the brand's unique value. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, creative, and performance marketing functions. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team. Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media. Monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure ROI. Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Conduct customer insights research to guide product development and positioning. Digital & E-commerce: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and e-commerce growth. Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance the online customer journey. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources. Track and report on financial performance and campaign ROI. Qualifications: 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of scaling marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth ideally in a product-based company. Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and data analytics. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
