We’re looking to hire an Advertising & Marketing Manager for a financial service institution. You’ll join the Advertising & Brand Strategy Team to support product upper funnel campaigns (the first stage of the customer's journey). This is a 6 month role with the opportunity to extend The role is located in Westwood, MA and is hybrid onsite. Hourly Pay: $55hr. Background Required: Ad Agency experience, executing TV campaigns for brands, post production experience. Responsibilities: This role requires a balance of leading campaigns from the early strategic thinking to creative development and execution that help deliver on brand and business objectives. Manage integrated campaigns through from concept to execution by overseeing the production process (pre/shoot/post production). Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Agencies to develop and execute creative strategies across traditional and emerging media, brand activations, branch and digital content. Assist with budget management, trafficking and legal approval. Requirements: Digital marketing experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus, or recent advertising agency experience in Account Management. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent. Experience planning, developing, and implementing multi-channel marketing programs including writing creative briefs and driving data-driven insights and testing strategies.
