We are looking for a talented Videographer and Photographer to join a growing (CPG) manufacturing company. This role will be responsible for creating engaging, innovative yet organic high-quality video and photo content that drives brand awareness, connects with our target audience, and fuels growth for the brand. The ideal candidate will be a bold, creative storyteller who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and can not only capture stunning visuals but also bring them to life with editing skills. Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Capture and produce on-brand video and photo content for a variety of marketing channels (social media, website, e-commerce, advertisements, etc.). Ensure optimal lighting, angles, and settings for both video and photography shoots.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that resonate with our target audience, showcasing the product in innovative and impactful ways.
  • Edit video and photo footage to create engaging content that aligns with brand standards and storytelling goals.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and sound design as needed to enhance the content and make it more engaging.
  • Ensure all content is edited and delivered in the proper formats for various platforms (social media, YouTube, website, etc.).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand content goals and align your projects with larger campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas to video/photo content strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions and provide input on innovative ways to use visual content to tell the product's overall story.
  • Develop a deep understanding of overall branding and identity, making sure all content supports our messaging and growth objectives.
  • Travel is required for this position to capture content on-site at various locations, including events, trade shows, partner facilities, and product shoots.


Qualifications and Skill Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in videography, photography, and content creation. A proven portfolio of high-quality, engaging video and photo content.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and how to drive engagement through visuals.
  • Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for photo and video content.
  • Confidence when speaking to new people in a variety of business environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently when traveling.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in photography, videography, and digital marketing, as well as familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and how to optimize content for different platforms.
  • Experience in product photography, particularly for e-commerce or commercial purposes, is a strong plus.
