Support the design and construction of various new projects and renovations of existing industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities in our high-tech locations across the U.S.
Develop structural modeling and design deliverables using Revit.
Prepare design drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules.
Utilize Revizto and 3D laser-scanned point clouds for routing and clash detection.
Coordinate structural modeling with multidisciplinary project teams, including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, and Piping/Plumbing, and assist with utility routing.
Integrate design input and markups from structural engineering leads.
Perform initial Revit model setup.
Collaborate with the BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results and incorporate new designs into existing facility models.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Structural Designer for building or industrial projects.
o Large commercial, oil and gas, semiconductor, industrial, tech, clean rooms, pulp and paper
At least 5 years of experience with Revit Structural.
