What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Edit technical proposals and annexes, ensuring clarity and consistency
2. Maintain adherence to the employer’s style guide and client preferences
3. Create and define acronym lists in proposals
4. Coordinate with subject matter experts to clarify technical content
5. Support formatting and production of technical volumes in line with branding requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, international development, political science, or related field
2. Minimum two years of experience in editing proposals, media, communications, or a related field
3. English fluency required
4. Skilled in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
5. Familiarity with Associated Press (AP) style preferred
