We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other key platforms. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, developing growth strategies, and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and marketing of The Construction Leadership Podcast , helping to amplify its reach and engagement across social media and other channels. This role requires a hands-on approachcontent creation, editing videos and photos, designing graphics, and staying ahead of digital trends. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while leading social media initiatives. If you are passionate about building communities, storytelling, and creating compelling content, we would love to meet you Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Produce high-quality content: photos, videos, reels, stories, and graphics across various platforms. Leverage storytelling to highlight product features, behind-the-scenes content, customer stories, and brand values. For The Construction Leadership Podcast , create engaging promotional content to drive awareness and tune-in rates (e.g., clips, highlights, behind-the-scenes footage) Strategize with Bradley/CEO/podcast host to develop teaser clips, quotes, and guest highlights to generate buzz before episode releases. Analyze performance data to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement. Social Media Growth: Develop organic strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and expand brand visibility. Stay on top of current trends, challenges, and viral content to maintain relevance. Utilize analytics to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed. Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, campaign performance). Provide insights on campaign performance and suggest actionable improvements. Prepare weekly/monthly reports to share with the team, highlighting successes and opportunities. Collaboration & Miscellaneous: Develop a deep understanding of our business, industry, and target audience to proactively generate creative ideas and strategies that align with our marketing and sales goals. Work closely with other team members to ensure social media aligns with broader business goals. Support additional marketing initiatives like product launches, newsletters, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. Experience: 3 years in Social Media Management, Digital Content Creation, or a similar role, including media planning and campaign execution. Skills: Video Editing: At least 1 year of proven video editing experience. Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Create Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software Analytics: Experience with digital analytics tools and platforms. Social Platforms: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social networks (including trends, Reels, Stories, etc.). Content Creation: Portfolio of work showcasing video/photo editing, writing, and graphic design. Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives for quick, engaging content (3-60 seconds). Communication: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
