Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: Long term contract that includes PTO, benefits, gym membership, paid holidays.

Hourly Rate: $50 per hour


Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience within Visual Merchandising

- 1+ years of experience working in a corporate setting

- Experience with Adobe, Keynote, Sketchup

- Experience developing and leading projects and program delivery

- Background with graphic design

- Experience creating, producing, and executing strategic direction via directives, playbooks, and toolkits

- Strong Collaboration Ability

- Ability to work in ambiguity

- Consumer Obsessed


Job Description

-Compile seasonal product presentation directive from global against brand narratives, secondary stories, and styling for our performance and lifestyle Consumer-Led Partners.

-Execute against geo seasonal tools and deliverables (APLA seasonal addendum, 13-week styling, O2O, evolution of 365 tools- vms guidelines, category direction, Partners Positioning, etc ).

-Drive work back schedules around seasonal tools and calls

-Serve as contact support for territories teams providing guidance and tools in a timely manner and gathering, reviewing, and collating seasonal geo plans.

-Drive seasonal tool location support for territory teams. Anticipates and responds to issues quickly.

-Drive seasonal recaps in partnership with Territories, inclusive of learnings and opportunities for the marketplace. Deliver best practices and standards.

-Support VMS gender leads throughout the seasonal work stream process to help deliver seasonal tools.

-Partner and support gender leads in delivering against the functional gameplan process to influence end in mind stores vision and O2O connection.

-Serve territories with strategies, tools and guidance focused on enabling flawless execution for One Marketplace

-Proactively partner to capture & apply consumer first, data driven retail insights.

-Probe and mine capabilities and foster a test and learn mindset that informs future strategies.

-Capture Territory, Partners and city key learnings for broader scale and leverage insights to inform future direction.

-Focus on unleashing creativity to maximize human potential.
