We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Fresh Private Brands (AFPB) team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving strategic and tactical execution for AFPB Detail Pages. We're looking for a customer-obsessed individual who can:
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Scale and optimize our processes through invent and simplify.
Innovate on behalf of our customers.
Analyze data to determine what works and what doesn't.
Take Bias for Action to boost brand awareness and deliver value to our customers.

Develop and manage AFPB Email Strategy in partnership with Central Marketing. Activate demand driving tactics with our online partners. Manage search keywords across 100+ products in a scalable manner. Identify repetitive actions in our day to day and recommend ways to scale and increase bandwidth. Execute and steward product marketing initiatives with clear objectives, priorities, measurement and deliverables. Understand, measure and evaluate how your initiatives impact customer experience and business outcomes. A day in the life Who are we seeking? This is a great role for someone who is passionate about working on consumer-facing products, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and is experienced in online content management. This is a new business so the right candidate can work independently and will want to roll up their sleeves and will be comfortable working across functions and organizational boundaries.
Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables). Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels. Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs. Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
