Job Title: Marketing Graphic Designer
Location: Hybrid- Holmdel NJ - Must commute to NJ office regularly

Job Summary:
The Marketing Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing visually stunning graphics that effectively communicate our brand message across multiple marketing channels. This includes digital and print materials, social media assets, email campaigns, website visuals, and more. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong eye for design, an understanding of marketing trends, and the ability to bring ideas to life in a way that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop high-quality, on-brand graphic design materials for a variety of marketing initiatives, including digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, flyers, brochures, and banners.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and voice across all platforms and materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging to create compelling visual designs that drive engagement and results.
Web and Social Media: Create eye-catching visuals for websites, blogs, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance user experience and engagement.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize design files, including photos, icons, logos, and templates, ensuring all assets are easily accessible for future use.
Feedback and Revisions: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of our visual content.
Production: Prepare final artwork for print, digital distribution, and other forms of media, ensuring all files are optimized for production and publication.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), as well as other design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills, versatility, and attention to detail.
Experience with web design, digital assets, and social media content creation.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
A passion for design, creativity, and marketing.
