As a Graphic Designer, you will manage creative design for key marketing collateral, asset development projects, and workflows while collaborating cross-functionally to provide creative services support to key stakeholders at the corporate and club levels of Remedy Place.
In this pivotal role, you will support Remedy Place's Marketing department through meticulously crafted creative collateral that captivates, educates, and converts consumers into the brand. You will act as a visual storyteller, articulating Remedy Place's social wellness mission to the world and transforming marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual passionate about graphic design, brand and performance marketing, creative services, visual storytelling, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter and wellness enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
As Graphic Designer, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative services to ultimately drive channel growth, audience acquisition, customer conversion, and overall brand awareness.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Design Development
Design a wide range of materials, including marketing collateral, print and digital advertisements, website graphics, social media content, email layouts, club signage, presentations, and more. Apply advanced design techniques, typography, and color theory to create visually compelling layouts aligned with brand objectives. Perform basic image editing tasks, such as cropping, resizing, retouching, and color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of designs. Collaboration + Campaign Support
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Membership, Events and Partnerships, Creative, Operations, and other teams to deliver brand-aligned assets on time. Partner with the Marketing team to make modifications to existing designs based on feedback and project requirements. Assist the Brand Marketing + Communications Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing assets meet deadlines and project goals. Brand Consistency + Innovation
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to established guidelines and standards. Stay updated on design, luxury hospitality, and wellness industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the brand. Gain and maintain a deep understanding of Remedy Place's brand, mission, and consumer base to create effective creative assets that achieve marketing goals. Operational Excellence
Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for the team. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects. Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively. Performance + Metrics Tracking
Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of creative assets and adjust designs to optimize engagement and performance. QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
3+ years in Graphic Design or a related field preferred. Education:
Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent practical experience. Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills will also be considered. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and video editing tools like CapCut. Proficient Mac user. Collaboration Tools:
Experience with productivity tools like Asana, Google Suite, and Slack. Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and understanding of design principles. PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Personal passion for luxury and wellness sectors with an entrepreneurial spirit. Willingness to work during evenings and weekends when required to meet deadlines.
